Stability. Key Venco employees provide continuity in Foreman, Supervisor, and on site Lead positions. These key personnel are assigned to our associations year after year. Their on site experience provides proactive solutions to service concerns and problems.

Knowledge. Venco employees attend and participate in industry related training, from company owner Linda Burr right through to crew workers. Employees have the industry certifications required to suggest alternative solutions and cost savings for maintenance and replacement programs.

Responsiveness. Our managers are able to reach Foreman, Supervisors and office service workers to identify problems for immediate response. Managers receive call backs for after hour emergencies. There is always someone available to respond and handle problems.
